Folders and notes

• Organize notes in nested folders, group the sidebar by date or folder, sort newest or oldest first, and show folder and tag context above note titles
• Add PDFs and other reference files to a folder, give chat folder-specific instructions, and let chat use those materials; folder materials remain on this device for now
• Delete a folder without deleting its notes — they return to All notes

Recording and transcription

• Fix automatic listening for scheduled meetings and recording shortcuts so capture waits for a usable transcription connection and starts alongside auto-joined meetings
• Keep an active meeting recording through brief microphone or browser-state changes
• Separate speakers during on-device batch transcription, with more resilient diarization and automatic recovery from damaged Core ML model caches
• Keep you signed in across app restarts unless you explicitly log out, and refresh cloud credentials before batch transcription starts
• Use live OpenAI and Gemini transcription with corrected provider requests, and keep the floating-bar waveform visible while transcription falls back
• Keep the speaker selector open while assigning consecutive transcript segments, let live recording interrupt an in-progress batch transcription, and hide obsolete stop controls after a meeting ends
• Delete a recording while it is still finalizing without seeing obsolete failure alerts or losing recovery when you undo the deletion

Performance and polish

• Open large encrypted local databases without spending minutes stalled on Migrating your local database
• See chat replies appear word by word and keep update progress visible through download and install
• Keep notifications, long chat messages, and calendar details visible instead of clipping at window edges
• Reconnect Outlook when its authorization expires, and keep Apple Calendar and Reminders loading when macOS returns an unnamed account
• Use a simpler, recording-first session header and scroll every Settings page in smaller windows
• Get a unified Windows title bar and sidebar, while the macOS menu-bar icon starts near system controls and remembers where you move it

Intelligence and sharing

• Use ChatGPT, Grok, GitHub Copilot, or Kimi Code subscriptions with Intelligence; Claude Pro and Max subscription connections are no longer available, while Anthropic API keys still work
• Preview sharing controls before signing in instead of being redirected immediately

Plans and workspaces

• Choose Pro for individual AI and cloud features, the new Team plan for shared workspaces and centralized billing, or Enterprise for advanced security and deployment controls
• Keep plan access in sync after subscription changes
• Preview plan-gated Settings before upgrading, with unavailable controls clearly identified instead of hidden
